Tour Booking Procedure
√ After finalizing your itinerary with us, you are requested to send the following documents in order to confirm you trip:
- Photocopy / Scanned valid Passport (Date of birth and Name should be clear)
- Photocopy / Scanned valid visa (Date of birth and Name should be clear)
- Emergency phone number.
- 30% Deposit (pay 30% of the total trip cost at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
If personal, scheduling, or other such conflicts arise, in order to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, you are subject to the following policies:
Tibet & China Tour Cancellation Policy:
- 30 Days and above is free of Cancellation (But, Tibet Charges 15% of the total tour cost)
- Between 29 to 2 weeks prior to travel date (Deposit will not be returned)
- Between 2 Week to a week prior to travel date (Charge 50% of the total tour cost)
- Less than 1 week prior to travel date (Charge 80% of the total tour cost)
- 1 Day Prior to travel date (Charge 100% of total tour cost)
Bhutan & Tour Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days and above is free of Cancellation
- Between 29 days and 3 weeks prior to travel date (Charge 10% of the total tour cost)
- Between 20 days and 2 weeks prior to travel date (Charge 15% of the total tour cost)
- Between 2 weeks and a week prior to travel date (Charge 30% the total tour cost)
- Less than a week prior to travel date (Charge 50% of the total tour cost)
- After arrival in Bhutan (Charge 100% of the total tour cost)
Nepal Tour Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days and above is free Cancellation (Except Flight and Visa)
- Between 29 days and 4 days prior to travel date (Charge 30% of the total cost)
- Less than 3 days before Tour Start (charges 100% of the total cost)
Certain conditions
- If you must end your trip early for any reason (health problems, altitude sickness, natural disasters included), neither your deposit nor any other portion of your given trip fees will be returned.
- If your trip must be concluded ahead of schedule or be canceled due to political unrest or unforeseen governmental restrictions that cannot be compensated for by alternative arrangements, all trip fees (except for the deposit and fees for the days already traveled) will be returned.
- In case political sensitivities or government regulations prevent travel to certain regions you had previously gained permission to visit (such regulations are not generally publicised prior to implementation) Adventure Travel Himalayas will do our best to present an alternative itinerary and travel route to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
